Gummie Recipe

Make your own gummies. This is an easy way to get Robynzyme into those little ones. Thank you, Becca Harmon for the recipe.

Ok, you can pretty much use any homemade elderberry gummy recipe and add the Robynzyme. I added liquid vitamin C along with the Robynzyme. Here we go…

Ingredients: 1/2 cup unsweetened organic black cherry juice
1/2 cup filtered water
1/4 cup black elderberry extract (I used one that also had added echinacea)
3 Tbsp grass fed gelatin
2 Tbsp organic raw honey

Equipment: Candy mold (or shallow glass pan) Stainless sauce pan Whisk

Directions: Heat 1/2 of the the black cherry juice and all of the water on medium/low heat. Add raw honey and remove from heat. Once honey has dissolved thoroughly, add the gelatin and whisk until there are no lumps. Add the rest of the black cherry juice and stir. If you are using a silicone candy mold, you would now pour the liquid into the mold until each cavity is about half full. Next, you add 1 tsp. of elderberry extract to each cavity along with your liquid C, D3, whatever else you’re adding. Add 1/2 capsule of Robynzyme to each cavity and stir with a toothpick until fully dissolved. (This is the best method if you want to know the exact amount of supplements in each gummy) If you are using a regular shallow glass pan, you would add your elderberry extract, liquid vitamins, and Robynzyme into the sauce pan of liquid gelatin before you pour it into glass pan (this is how I did it yesterday)… I added 1/4 cup of black elderberry extract (with added echinacea) 3 Tablespoons of liquid vitamin C 10 Robynzyme capsules Stir thoroughly and pour into lightly oiled (coconut) pan Refrigerate 4-5 hours They should pop right out of the candy mold once set. If using glass pan, just cut into small cubes. These need to be stored in the refrigerator
