Nerdy by Nature

My brother Benny Mitchell will tell you that since I was a kid, I’ve always been interested in digging into to things to find out how things worked. Soon after Christmas presents were opened, I had them dissected to find out what was on the in inside. Unfortunate for my sister’s Barbie Dolls. I jumped at the chance when I was offered a chance to add Ph.D. research credentials to my M.D from Texas Tech University School of Medicine. The credentials didn’t matter. What I wanted, was to be taught the scientific method better. Science and math, unless adulterated, keep you from being led astray by MSU and hysteria. When I came to understand the powerful impact of certain foods on diseases and conditions across the board, I wanted to understand why. Turns out, certain foods have potent critter killers they make to protect themselves from critters. Critter overgrowth is the fundamental cause for most western medical conditions: heart disease, diabetes, autoimmune disease, osteoporosis, Alzheimer’s, asthma, cancer, obesity, etc. If health is your objective, you don’t have another option other than keeping your critters under control. This is a principle of the BALi Eating Plan. Using my scientific investigative skills, I went into the lab. We tested a variety of foods and nutrients for their ability to control overgrowth of Candida albicans, a principal disease-causing critter. This is how I came up with the BALi Eating Plan. No hysteria or MSU. Kill Candida, you go on the list. One colleague I worked with insisted that colloidal silver would kill Candida. Again, it’s not a matter of opinion. I personally predicted that vitamin C would kill Candida. My own MSU. This is why science is important.

(MSU is a commonly used Robyism that typically stands for “make science up” or “make sh*t up”. “Critter” is commonly used to reference Candida yeast overgrowth and inflammation.)
